Room rental rates are based upon the set-up requests and special needs of each customer, and include the following:
- total number of confirmed guests.
- staffing requirements and equipments needs.
Room Rental cost include:
- your choice of colored napkins and white linen.
- One complete set up with all white skirting required for head table or other tables.
- 1 hour rehearsal in the hall.
- Custom designed thrones for the bride and groom or special guests.
- Optional staging to raise the head table (for 12 people or less).
- Complimentary use of our candle holders with candles.
- Greenery over fireplace.
- Coat check area exclusively for your function.
- Podium and sound system with wired microphone for M.C. and 5 disc CD player for background music (subject to SOCAN fee).
Additional cost items available:
- Fairway room for gift opening on following day (subject to availability).
- Coat check attendant.
- Dressing room.
- Assortment of flower arrangements.
- Ceremony to reception set-up.
- Staging for raised DJ/band.
All food pricing is on a per person basis. Pricing based on 125 or more people, as is the customary. Banquet prices are subject to change without notice.
